Silly Monkey | Foolish Monkey
Before many centuries, there was a very large, dense and dark forest. A group of monkeys arrived in the forest. It was winter season, and the monkeys struggled hard to survive the cold winter nights. They were hunting for fire to warm up.
One night, they saw a firefly and considered it a ball of fire. All the monkeys in the group shouted 'Fire, fire, fire, yes we caught fire!'
A pair of monkeys tried to catch the firefly and he escaped. They were unhappy because they could not catch fire. They were talking to themselves that if they did not fire, they could not stay in the cold.
The next night, he again saw several fireflies. After several attempts, the monkeys caught some fireflies. They put the fire into a hole dug in the ground and tried to blow the flies away.
They blew the flies very hard without the fact that they were flies!
An owl was watching the movements of the monkeys. The owl approached the monkeys and said to them, "Oh, that is not fire! They are flies. You will not be able to set fire to it! '
The monkey laughed at the owl. A monkey answered the owl, 'Hey old owl, you don't know how to fire. Do not disturb us! '
The owl warns the monkeys again and tells them to stop their senseless action. 'Monkey, you can't make fire with flies! Please listen to my words '
The monkeys tried to fire with flies.
The owl again tells them to stop their senseless action. 'You are struggling a lot, take shelter in a cave nearby. You can protect yourself from cold! You will not get fire! '
A monkey yelled at the owl and the owl went from there.
The monkeys were only doing silly activity for several hours and it was almost midnight. They were very tired and felt that the owl's words were correct and they were trying to fly a fly.
He sheltered himself in the cave and survived the cold.
